One thing that you think of all of the time as a sniper is, "am I well hidden," or "am I moving too fast?" So is there a time when being seen is a good thing? I have noticed that most snipers don the ghille suit, put on the face paint, go hide in the brush, and that's the last their team ever hears from them. I have also noticed that when the enemy hears the word 'sniper', the heads intsantly go down. People start moving around very low to the ground. If the snipers can take a hit or two pretty quickly then everyone stays low, and any possible attack with aegs is broken up...you cant attack when kneeling. Ok, I'll make a mock-up situation----The enemy starts moving against your team. Your the sniper. You get into a position with your group, providing them cover and keeping the heads of your opponents down while your team gets into a good defensive position. As soon as your team is in position, you start making sure the enemy cant really organize for the attack by not letting them stand up. The engagement turns out: the enemy never was really able to form an attack so they backed down.---So my question is, why do most snipers like to go and get low instead of helping their team. Maybe I'm missing something. Could anyone add some input? I'd appreciate comments. And hey, great website guys...snipers heaven.
