i have a problem with my jg bar 10. the problem is is that when i draw the bolt, it locks back, then, when i push forward, it slams back. the sears are perfectly fine, and i tightened everything.

i had the same prob when i first got my BAR. it actually may still be the sears but not the top of the trigger sear, the bottom, where it hits the trigger. its probably worn down there. if so you just need new sears.

also, there is a little screw that holds the scope mount that is scratching the bolt, should i just dremel it down?

yeah but be carefull with the dremel dont cut it, instead use the file or sander attachment.
